Purpose of Hajj (Bag. 1)

Introduction

Muslims who have the opportunity to make a pilgrimage must thank God for making it easier for God to perform this great worship ritual. God respects them by making it as Duyufuuurahman. Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam say,

Arguments and architecture and destruction of God, call them and answer them, he asked him and gave them

“Hajj Hajj and Umrah are God’s guests. God called them, so they filled the call. They asked him and gave them to them.. “

So once again, all praise is for God for all assistance, both current and passing assistance, both beneficial and hidden, both specific and general, so we ask him to make us all grateful to him, to worship it, and give us goodness.

In this paper, a discussion will be conveyed regarding (Hajj Purpose); namely the goals of the pilgrimage written by Sheikh Prof. Dr. ‘Abdurrazzaq bin’ Abdil Muhsin Al-Badr Hafizhahullah. This discussion is a discussion that has important goals, and every time we need it when performing the pilgrimage to remember and think about important goals in this pilgrimage; So that when fulfilling a series of pilgrimage rituals, we can realize these goals and perfect them.

Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam, a form of great compliance, noble worship, and is a believer to bring themselves closer to God. In the pilgrimage there are goals and noble access that we must always remember. This goal is of course a lot, but here will be explained among the most important and important goals. Sheikh Prof. Dr. ‘Abdurrazzaq bin’ Abdil Muhsin Al-Badr Hafizhahullah Mention there are 15 of the goals in the pilgrimage:

(1) realizing the purification of monotheism;

(2) getting great luck in the form of God’s pleasure and survivors from hell;

(3) realizing God’s fear;

(4) always remember Allah;

(5) strengthen faith;

(6) fulfill God’s calling;

(7) feel the great benefits of the pilgrimage;

(8) Given the worship and sacrifice of the prophets ‘Greetings Alahimus;

(9) Exploring ITTIBA ‘ to the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam;

(10) Successful charity and mistakes from Muslims;

(11) remember the hereafter;

(12) Making Diniyyah ukhuwah;

(13) guidance in order to have noble character;

(14) Developing a mid -religious attitude; And

(15) feel how great the gift of God is.

Only to God we lean to ask for help and ask for the typhoon, and we ask God to accept this charity jihad, and to give a lot of blessings in it.

First Purpose: Realizing Tawheed Purification

Among the great goals of the pilgrimage, the most important and important is to realize the purification of monotheism to God and release themselves and clean themselves from the opposite, namely shirk to God. This is the most noble goal and the greatest goal, because monotheism is the principle which is God’s goal of creating us.

Every series of pilgrimage and pilgrimage in pilgrimage arises very clearly the position of noble monotheism and monotheism is the basis of God’s religion. All forms of compliance with God are built on it. Even all worship and compliance that are not carried out on the monotheism of God and depart from dedication, then God will not accept charity. Therefore, Jabir Radhiyallahu ‘anhu Say about the pilgrimage carried out by the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,

So he meets the requirements with a ceasefire (God, God, to your Father, for you, I don’t buy you for you, for your father

“He started talbiyah with the word monotheism,” I fulfilled your call, O Lord, I fulfilled your call. I fulfill your call, no allies for you, I fulfill your call. Indeed, all your praise and assistance, as well as the government. There is no allies for you. “ (HR. Muslim no. 1218)

This big expression is a sentence that shows monotheism and sincerity to God and departs from self -esteem. While Muslims, they are rich by mentioning allies and matches other than Allah. From Ibn ‘Abbas’s friend Radhiyallahu ‘anhumahe said,

The intersection says: I don’t have a partner for you. He said: Then the messenger of God said ﷺ: (and you, may God, so they say: except for your partner, it is for you, your ownership and what belongs to you. They say this and they are floating at home

“Ordinary people say, ‘I fulfill your call, there is no allies for you.’ Ibn ‘Abbas said,’ Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam said,’ Damn, enough, enough. (HR. Muslim no. 1185)

Speech (No partner for you) Repeated in reading Talbiyah twice. The first at the end of the speech (Labic) and the second at the end after a word (Praise you and blessing for you and the king). Then the first contains meaning that there is no allies for God in granting prayer. The second contains meaning that there is no ally for God in praise, blessings, and ownership. This is an embodiment of sincerity to God in the monotheism of science and charity. Monotheism of Amal contained in speech (God bless); While monotheism is contained in speeches (Praise you and blessing for you and the king, you don’t have your partner for you).

If people who repeat repeat the words that all the praise is only for God, all the blessings belong to God, the whole kingdom belongs to God, there is no allies for God at all in these things, then God should also be impressed in talbiyah, submission, love, obedience, and in the area. How can it be possible to make with God allies in worship, something that does not have anything, does not have the slightest stock in ownership, is unable to benefit, can not provide and prevent demand. Even all matters are all for God, there is no allies at all for Him. This is the most clear explanation of the destruction of shirk, and the culprit is the most foolish and most misguided person.

When the Prophet Alaihi wa sallam say the sentence ihlal hajj on Miqat, He said,

Oh Lord

“O Allah, I did this pilgrimage, then made my hajjiku without riya ‘and sum’ah.” (Hours. Ibn Majah, Hasan)

Then he raised to Mecca with this great monotheism sentence. Sentences that contain the manifestation of purifying monotheism and removing themselves from their opponents, namely shirk. He repeated it on his way to Mecca and in every transfer from the places of the Hajj ritual area.

Then indeed tawaf in the Kaaba, Sa’i Between Shafa and Marwa, and Wukuf in Arafat, Mabit And wukuf at Muzdalifah, as well as the use of other pilgrimage practices, all of which are compliance and worship built on monotheism. It is mandatory for every pilgrimage to refer to this act to expect God’s face, because God will not accept any deeds except His monotheism. In the hadith Qudsi, Allah Story said,

I sang partners about polytheism those who did the work where they had been blessed with that, the opposite, it was left and blessed

“I don’t need an allies at Shirk. Anyone in contact with me besides me, I will leave it and his shirk.” (HR. Muslim no. 2985)

For people who are talbiyah, say this sentence should present meaning and pay attention to their content, and try to realize monotheism in his life so that he let all of his religion only for God. He will not ask except only to Allah, no Istighasah Except for God, do not believe except to God, do not slaughter except for God, do not swear except Allah, and do not discuss any worship except for God. Lord Story said,

Say that my prayers, we are blessed, and my mother, and my death, to God, God, who does not buy you to God.

“Say (Muhammad), “Truly my prayer, my worship, my life, and my death is only for God, God throughout the world, there is no allies for Him; and so is also ordered to me and I am the first to give up (Muslim). “(Surah Al-An’am: 162-163)
