Time for carrying out the aqikah
It is sunnah to do the aqiqah on the seventh day after the baby is born. Ibn Qudamah God bless said, “It is sunnah to slaughter it on the seventh day, and there is no difference of opinion among the scholars regarding this based on the Samurah hadith. [1].” [2]
If it is recommended that it be carried out on the seventh day, is the day of birth included in the calculation?
There are differences of opinion among scholars regarding this issue. Jumhur (majority) of ulama believes that the day of birth is counted. An-Nawawi God bless said, “There are two opinions. Opinions First what is more authentic is that the day of birth is counted and the sacrifice is carried out on the seventh day. Opinion second which is carried out on the day after the seventh day. This opinion is shared by Al-Buwayti (one of the main students of Imam Ash-Shafi’i) and the Maliki school. [3]. However, the first opinion is preferred because it is supported by a clear meaning of the hadith. If a child is born at night, then the first day is counted on that night, and there is no difference of opinion on this [4].” The first opinion is in line with Jurisprudence Excyclopedia (30: 279) and the opinion of Sheikh Ibn Utsaimin God bless [5]. This is a matter of choice. If possible, perform the aqikah on the seventh day after the birth of the child. If it is not possible until after the seventh day, there is no harm and the aqiqah remains valid.
An-Nawawi God bless said, “If it is done after or after the seventh day and immediately after birth, then it is valid. However, if it is done before birth, then it is not valid; there is no difference of opinion regarding this and it is considered only as ordinary meat (not aqiqah meat).” [6]
Akiah slaughterhouse
Scholars differ in their opinions regarding the best place to slaughter aqikah. Is it better to slaughter it in your hometown (area of origin) or at your parents’ place if you live elsewhere, for example the father and child live in different places? For example, the father works in Saudi Arabia, while the child was born in Indonesia.
Ibn Hajar Al-Haitami God bless stated, “There is a possibility that the akikah was slaughtered in the child’s hometown, with qiyas (analogy) zakat fitrah paid in the country where the person lives. However, the opinion chosen is to slaughter the aqiqah at the place of the person (parents/father) who carries out the aqiqah, because they are the ones who are obliged to carry it out.” [7]
Sheikh Ibn Jibriin God bless thinking that it would be better for him to be slaughtered in place of his son. When he was asked: can an animal be slaughtered in the country where the parents live or in the country where the child is born? Then he asked for proof if there was any. He answered, “It is better to do it in the country where the child is. If the father is in another country, he should send money for aqikah, appoint someone to slaughter it, and invite other people to pray closer to the baby and give him blessings, and so on.” [8] [9]
It is also permissible to slaughter one sheep in one country and another in another country to rejoice for one’s family. [10]
Who carries out and undertakes the aqiqah?
The general principle is that the aqikah is carried out and paid for by the child’s father himself, not borne by the mother or the child’s money. This is because the father is the first person mentioned in the hadiths related to aqikah. However, the scholars state that it is permissible for someone other than the father to bear and perform the aqiqah in the following cases:
1) If the father is negligent and refuses to perform aqiqah;
2) If someone asks permission from the baby’s father to perform aqiqah on the baby, and the father allows it.
The evidence that shows this comes from Ibn Abbas Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, he says,
Rasulullah SAW performed aqiqah in the name of Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein radhiyallahu ‘anhu with two rams.
“Messenger of Allah peace be upon him slaughter (akikah) for Hasan and Husain Radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, each with two rams.” [11]
The fact that the Prophet May Allah bless him and grant him peace carrying out the aqiqah for his two grandchildren is proof that a relative other than the father is allowed to perform the aqiqah if he has permission from the father.
If a mother is divorced, it is not obligatory to carry out aqiqah for her child, but it is recommended for her if the father refuses or is unable to do so due to distance, ignorance about birth and so on. Allah Drug who will record the merits and rewards. [12]
Is a person who converts to Islam obliged to fulfill aqiqah for himself and his children?
If a person converts to Islam, there is no harm in carrying out the aqiqah for himself, if he wishes; and likewise for his children to convert to Islam if he is financially able. This is because the wisdom behind it is to seek the welfare of the child, free him from the shackles of Satan, protect him from Satan, and this cannot be achieved for unbelievers. [13]
Does a person have to perform aqiqah again for himself if he changes his name?
Changing a name does not require a person to perform aqiqa again. Sheikh Ibn Utsaimin God bless said, “Changing names is permissible, and it is better to change inappropriate names.” As the Prophet May Allah bless him and grant him peace allows changing the name. This does not require a person to repeat the aqiqah, as is mistakenly believed by some lay people. [14]
What is the law on aqiqah for abandoned children?
Abdurrahman Al-Barrak hafizahullah when asked about this stated, “Yes, it is recommended to carry out the aqiqah because it is beneficial and does not harm him. This is part of your kindness to him and will probably be the cause of his piety.” [15]
What are the aqikah laws for children born out of wedlock?
The sunnah recommends aqiqah for all newborn babies without exception, and children born out of wedlock are included in the generality of these hadiths so aqiqah must be performed for them. Because this aqiqah is the mother’s responsibility, it is the mother who must carry out the aqiqah. Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz God bless when asked about this he answered, “Yes, a mother is allowed to carry out aqiqah. It is sunnah for her to carry it out for her child and she is obliged to support her child if she is able. If she is unable, then her child must be looked after by a guardian provided by the state. mother.” [16]
God bless.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
