Ninth, employees are entitled to promotions
Islam has actually recognized the concept of promotion or advancement for workers since the beginning of the founding of the Islamic state. This concept did not stop as a theory, but was actually applied in practice, even though at that time there were no written rules such as the employee promotion system in modern regulations. However, the practice of promotions is already underway, and many historical accounts show this.
One example occurred during the time of Caliph Abu Bakr asy-Siddiq May Allah bless him and grant him peace. At that time, he was determined to conquer the Syam region. On that occasion, he appointed Yazid bin Abu Sufyan as army commander, then gave him the message,
I appointed you to test you, test you, and humiliate you. If you do well, I will return you to your work and increase you, and if your isolation is bad, then you should fear God.
“Indeed, I have appointed you to test, judge and see your sincerity. If you do good, I will return you to your position and increase it for you. But if you do bad, I will dismiss you. So fear Allah.” (Look al-Kamil, Ibn al-Atsir’s work, volume 2, on the discussion of the conquest of Syria)
Standards for promotion in Islam are based on a person’s suitability, abilities and skills, without depending on who worked first or the length of a worker’s service.
Tenth, workers have the right not to be overburdened with work
A business owner is obliged to avoid giving excessive tasks to his workers. Don’t let the workload make them tired beyond reasonable limits, damage their health, or even make them no longer able to work.
As said by the Prophet Shu’aib ‘alaihis-salam to Moses ‘alaihis-salam when Prophet Musa wanted to work for him. Allah Drug said,
And I don’t want to make things difficult for you
“I don’t want to burden you.” (QS. Al-Qashash: 27)
If a business owner burdens his workers with tiring and burdensome tasks that have a negative impact on their health and future, then the workers have the right to cancel their work contract or report the problem to the authorities so that the perpetrator’s arbitrary actions can be stopped.
Eleventh, employees have the right to get what is promised by the business owner
Business owners are obliged to fulfill all agreed workers’ rights, without reducing them in the slightest. It is not permissible for him to take advantage of the condition of his workers who really need work by reducing their rights or cheating them in determining the wages they should receive as compensation for their hard work.
Islam prohibits all forms of fraud or fraud (al-ghabn) and confirms it in a rule,
No harm, no foul
“Do not harm yourself and do not harm others.”
Business owners are also obliged to safeguard and fully fulfill the rights of their employees, even if the employee forgets or is absent. He cannot postpone its implementation immediately after the work is completed, or after the agreed payment time arrives.
Then, business owners are also not allowed to withhold or refuse to provide additional wages when their employees do work outside the initial agreement. Because, Allah commands that every effort be appreciated and every good deed be rewarded with a commensurate reward.
These are the most important rights for workers. Through these rights, Islam fulfills their needs, glorifies their position, guarantees a decent life, and upholds social justice.
Workers’ obligations
The obligations that workers must pay attention to can be briefly explained as follows:
First, A worker must clearly understand what tasks he is responsible for, what is required of him, and the basics of his work. Therefore, work agreements between workers and business owners must be made clearly and not cause doubt.
Second, A worker needs to have a sense of responsibility for the work he carries out, whether he receives it through an assignment or what he has agreed to in his work contract.
Third, A worker is required to carry out his work as well as possible, whatever the form of work. Whether he is an employee, craftsman, farmer, engineer, doctor, teacher or other profession, everything must be carried out with full seriousness and professionalism.
Fourth, An employee is obliged to carry out his work with full trust and sincerity, without cheating, negligence or dereliction of duty. This is as said by the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,
Allah is pleased if one of you does a job, he does it well
“Indeed, Allah loves people who, when doing a job, do it sincerely and to the best of their ability.” (HR. Al-Baihaqi in Syu’abu al-Iman NO. 5312; Ath Thabrani in Al-Mu’jam Al-Awsath NO. 897; and Abu Ya’la no. 4386 from Aisha radhiyallahu ‘anha. Al-Haitsami mentioned in Majma’ Az-Zawaid, 4:98)
Meaning, God ‘Azza wa Jalla does not like being careless, negligent, or underestimating work. Therefore, Rasulullah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam also warned firmly,
Anyone who cheats is not one of us
“Whoever cheats is not among us.” (HR. At-Tirmidhi no. 1315; he said, hasan sahih)
Fifth, there must be no betrayal on the job, in any form. Wasting work time is a form of betrayal, cheating is also betrayal, accepting bribes is betrayal, as is obstructing or complicating other people’s affairs. Every person who holds a work mandate, whatever the type, then does not carry it out in accordance with the guidance of Islamic law, means he has betrayed the trust entrusted to him. Allah Drug firmly warns of this in His words,
O you who believe, do not betray Allah and the Messenger, or betray your trust while you know.
“O you who believe, do not betray Allah and His Messenger, and do not betray the trusts entrusted to you, while you know.” (QS. Al-Anfal: 27)
Sixth, An employee may not abuse his position or work to seek personal gain, benefit his family, or certain parties, without a basis permitted by the Sharia or law. Actions like this are reprehensible and classified as criminal acts, because public property is a trust that must be safeguarded by anyone who is given responsibility for it. Rasulullah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,
Whoever We use to work and provide him with sustenance, then whatever he takes after that is unjust
“Whoever we assign to a job, then we give him a salary for that task, then whatever he takes after that is treason (ghulul).” [HR.
Islam places great emphasis on guarding oneself against abuse of authority and firmly rejects all forms of suspicious profits. One very famous story in this regard is the incident of Ibn Al-Lutbiyah.
Imam Al-Bukhari God bless narrated in the book authentic-This is from Abu Humaid As-Sa’idi May Allah bless him and grant him peacehe said, “Apostle of Allah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam once assigned a man from Bani Asad named Ibnu Al-Lutbiyah to manage zakat. When he came back, he said, ‘This is for you, and this is given to me’.”
Hearing this, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam stand up and go to the pulpit. After praising and praising God, he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,
What’s the matter with the worker we sent and he came and said: This was given to me as a gift? So why doesn’t he sit at his father’s and mother’s house and see whether any gifts are given to him or not? By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, He does not bring anything but will carry it on the Day of Resurrection by carrying it around his neck. If the camel moos, or the cow moos, or the sheep bleats
“Why is there an officer we send, then when he comes back he says, ‘This is for you and this is a gift for me?’ Why didn’t he just sit at his mother and father’s house and see whether anyone gave him a gift or not? By the One in Whose Hand my soul is, no one takes anything without right, unless he comes on the Day of Resurrection carrying it around his neck; if a camel is taken, the camel will speak; if it were a cow, the cow would groan; and if it were a goat, the goat would bleat.”
Then the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam raised both hands until his armpits were white, while saying,
Then he raised his arms until we saw his armpits. Haven’t you delivered the message yet? – Three
“Oh my God, didn’t I tell you that?” — he said it three times. [HR. Al-Bukhari dalam Shahih Al-Bukhari, Kitab Al-Hibah wa Fadhluha, Bab: Orang yang tidak menerima hadiah karena suatu sebab (no. 2597); dan Muslim dalam Shahih Muslim, Kitab Al-Imarah, Bab: Haramnya hadiah bagi para pejabat (no. 1832)]

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
